Technical support in preparing plans and studies that contribute to improving the performance of services provided to airlines at airports and their impact on the aircraft’s stay on the ground and increasing its capacity and operational efficiency, including analysis and evaluation of procedures for arrival, acceptance and handling of passengers and baggage, loading freight, goods and mail on board, and transporting live animals by air, methods of storing meat and medicines at airports, procedures for handling sensitive and dangerous materials, refueling aircraft, determining the quality of flight catering services, cleaning aircraft, and information on climate forecasts, in addition to determining the efficiency of systems related to flight reservations, completing passenger procedures, baggage classification, procedures for calculating weights and cargo and aircraft dispatch.
